Alumni Association & Giving Opportunities
The FIU Alumni Association connects alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends to FIU by offering ways to support our university with their time, talent and treasure.
Through fundraising, volunteer work and events, we help enhance FIU’s future by providing the necessary resources to sustain our excellence in academics, research and community service. In short, by connecting supporters to numerous areas, departments, schools and programs, we make FIU an even more amazing Worlds Ahead institution.
Support your passion
Gifts to FIU allow you to support areas and programs that are most meaningful to you. Whether it’s a specific college, academic program, student activity, athletic team, or scholarship, you can designate your gift to any area you choose. Gifts may also be unrestricted, allowing the university the flexibility to address FIU’s greatest needs.

FIU Foundation
An additional opportunity is provided by the Florida International University Foundation, Inc. which uses funds donated to it to provide gifts for scientific, educational and charitable purposes.
FIU Research
FIU also provides an avenue by which to donate to scholars and inventors within the University, through the FIU Research Foundation.
